If You Are A Little Better Than You Were Yesterday Then That's Enough

Today if you are a little better than you were yesterday, then that's enough.

Never believe that you must solve all of your problems at once,
that you must be completely recover in a short time or that you are wrong of flawed for continuing to struggle- take small steps each day in the right direction, for the active effort of moving in the right direction is enough to create a gradual impact, one step at a time.

Don't hold yourself to the standard that you must take giant steps in order to be successful,
take your journey step by step, from going to the grocery by yourself to driving a car after not getting behind the wheel for a couple of years, or even calling a friend you have'nt talked to in a while, it is often the little steps that add up to a great amount in the end, and that ultimately have the most impact upon your journey in the right direction.

Don't believe that you have failed or done something wrong if your journey is taking time.

Every journey moves at its own pace, gradual growth is the key, and even the smallest steps have the right to be honored, acknowledged, and owned for the impact they have upon you and the life you are living within.

Don't beat yourself up for having some good days and some bad days, some days with progress and some without; take each day as it comes, recognise that you can only do the best within both the moments of movement and those you are stuck within so that you may learn and continue to move

Ultimately, it's okay to take smalll steps and not to over stress yourself with big leaps, take it day by day, step by step, moment by moment of the journey infront of you, owing and honouring every step in the right direction.

One day at a time.

If You Cannot Do Anything About It Then "LET IT GO",Don't Be A Prisoner To Things You Can't Change.

If you can't do anything about it, then let it go. Don't be a prisoner to the things you can't change. Let go of the things that are out of your control. Worrying about them isn't going to impact them, but rather working towards them with hope and good intentions in mind may help to effect what you desire to change. Don't be a prisoner to your mental health. You may not be able to change the fact that you struggle with mental illness, but while pain is inevitable, suffering is a choice, and choosing to cling to your illness and allow it to define you is setting yourself to suffer, LET IT GO ! And NO, it's not easy to let go of the identity your mental health has given you, yet the more you fight it and let it define you, the louder and more stubborn it will get, and choosing and deciding to have a life worth living, even while you still may be struggling, is a sign of true and unmeasurable strength. You may not be able to do anything about the fact th...
