BE GENTLE WITH YOURSELF

Be gentle with yourself. !
Always remember to be gentle with your mind, your body, and your soul as you take the steps necessary to move towards healing, recovery and the future in front of you.

You are doing the best you can, dont worry about taking gaint steps but rather push yourself with little steps in the right direction, and celebrate each victory along the way.

Your life does not have to completely revolve around your illness, disorders or addictions, take time for yourself to self soothe, to take a walk, to watch the sunrise or sunset, to drink some tea or listening to your favorite music- Do what you need to do to take care of yourself.

Don't  push yourself too far too quickly, take every inch of your journey bit by bit, moment by moment, and be mindful of every bit of the progress along the way, and of every success you are able to win along the course of the greater war, one which you are destined to win.

I would like to take a moment to say how thankful I am for the amazing support that I received on my last post. I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart. You have had such a postive impact upon me and now I am ready to give back and continue offering words of support to you.

-All the love. and  Blessings.

This journey is not mistake and it is not by chance that you are given this journey ; this is your journey, singular and irreplaceable, and you were meant to follow this path, learn and grow from every experience along the way, and fight through every battle while celebrating every victory , one step at a time.  This journey doesn't belong to those around you, only you can have ownership over this journey and only you are in charge of where this journey takes you and how it shapes the person you are becoming with every battle and step along

Don't believe that you have failed or done something wrong if your journey is taking time. Every journey moves a
