There is a life after survival

There is life after survival.
There is life after your anxiety.

There is life after your depression. There is life after your struggles.
Your anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues do not define the expansion of your life.

There is so much more to your life than your struggles. There are long walks and short car rides to pick up the people you love.

There's going out for ice cream without feeling guilty and enjoying it.
There are early moring sunrises and late afternoon sunsets that remind you that fallings things can still come back in a burst of light.

There are late night car rides during which you roll down the windows and blare your music and  simply exist.
There are special little things like your favorite dress or your morning cofee, thing that make you feel alive even in the smallest ways.
There are moments and memories shared with those you hold dearest to you, happiness ahead that has yet to come, and joy that could never be put into the boundaries of time .

So, yes there is life after survival.

There is life. there is joy, there is hope, there is peace, there is experience, there is clarity, there is life.

Your disorders don't define the rest of your life. You do have the ability to work through and overcome your struggles, and though they may always be a part of you, they do not define you or the beautiful life you have ahead of you, once you work for one day at a time.

There is life after survival.

Never doubt that or believe that your life is simply defined by your struggles.
Be open to healing and recovery, do what you need to for yourself in order to achieve this, and continue moving forward in your beautiful life, moment by moment, one day at a time.

-Blessings and Love.

Embrace Your Journey

Embrace  your  journey .  You are'nt given the journey by accident or by chance. This is YOUR journey. Not your friend's journey, not your family's journey, not the journey of the last person you dated or your father or your mother's journey This is 100% your journey, crafted specifically for you and its time to embrace it, validate and honor every bit of your journey, both what's behind you and what's ahead day by day. This journey is not mistake and it is not by chance that you are given this journey ; this is your journey, singular and irreplaceable, and you were meant to follow this path, learn and grow from every experience along the way, and fight through every battle while celebrating every victory , one step at a time.  This journey doesn't belong to those around you, only you can have ownership over this journey and only you are in charge of where this journey takes you and how it shapes the person you are becoming with every battle and step along

If You Are A Little Better Than You Were Yesterday Then That's Enough

Today if you are a little better than you were yesterday, then that's enough. Never believe that you must solve all of your problems at once, that you must be completely recover in a short time or that you are wrong of flawed for continuing to struggle- take small steps each day in the right direction, for the active effort of moving in the right direction is enough to create a gradual impact, one step at a time. Don't hold yourself to the standard that you must take giant steps in order to be successful, take your journey step by step, from going to the grocery by yourself to driving a car after not getting behind the wheel for a couple of years, or even calling a friend you have'nt talked to in a while, it is often the little steps that add up to a great amount in the end, and that ultimately have the most impact upon your journey in the right direction. Don't believe that you have failed or done something wrong if your journey is taking time. Every journey moves a
