If You Cannot Do Anything About It Then "LET IT GO",Don't Be A Prisoner To Things You Can't Change.

If you can't do anything about it, then let it go.
Don't be a prisoner to the things you can't change.
Let go of the things that are out of your control.

Worrying about them isn't going to impact them, but rather working towards them with hope and good intentions in mind may help to effect what you desire to change.

Don't be a prisoner to your mental health.
You may not be able to change the fact that you struggle with mental illness, but while pain is inevitable, suffering is a choice, and choosing to cling to your illness and allow it to define you is setting yourself to suffer,
LET IT GO !

And NO, it's not easy to let go of the identity your mental health has given you, yet the more you fight it and let it define you, the louder and more stubborn it will get, and choosing and deciding to have a life worth living, even while you still may be struggling, is a sign of true and unmeasurable strength.

You may not be able to do anything about the fact that you struggle, but you can choose to not let your struggle define you, even if they are out of control; accept what you cannot change. don't allow what you cannot change to define you, and don't ever believe that worrying about something enough will impact it- You must be willing to define yourself and your future, rather than letting your worries define you,
So, LET IT GO !
What you can't control rather focus on the things you can control, such as your attitude, your presence, your moral, your beliefs, your optimism, - Everything you can control, work to make a positive impact in those areas, and don't allow your mental health to define you, but rather allow your strengths in the things you can control for the better, let go of the things out of your control, and allow you to define yourself above all else through the things you can control and the person you want to be for yourself.

One day at a time !

As its not always easy to let it go... How much time one should take before letting it go? Or how soon should one decide that it's right time to let it go?

Not your friend's journey, not your family's journey, not the journey of the last person you dated or your father or your mother's journey This is 100% your journey, crafted specifically for you and its time to embrace it, validate and honor every bit of your journey, both what's behind you and what's ahead day by day. This journey is not mistake and it is not by chance that you are given this journey ; this is your journey, singular and irreplaceable, and you were meant to follow this path, learn and grow from every experience along the way, and fight through every battle while celebrating every victory , one step at a time.  This journey doesn't belong to those around you, only you can have ownership over this journey and only you are in charge of where this journey takes you and how it shapes the person you are becoming with every battle and step along

If You Are A Little Better Than You Were Yesterday Then That's Enough

Today if you are a little better than you were yesterday, then that's enough. Never believe that you must solve all of your problems at once, that you must be completely recover in a short time or that you are wrong of flawed for continuing to struggle- take small steps each day in the right direction, for the active effort of moving in the right direction is enough to create a gradual impact, one step at a time. Don't hold yourself to the standard that you must take giant steps in order to be successful, take your journey step by step, from going to the grocery by yourself to driving a car after not getting behind the wheel for a couple of years, or even calling a friend you have'nt talked to in a while, it is often the little steps that add up to a great amount in the end, and that ultimately have the most impact upon your journey in the right direction. Don't believe that you have failed or done something wrong if your journey is taking time. Every journey moves a
